Here we custom-developed a simple email-ordering system that Tracy (who designed the site) could easily implement in her client's web site. The way it works is you browse the products and, if you see something you like, you add it to your cart. Once you're done, you add in your personal contact details and click to submit the enquiry. The website owner then just replies with a quote or phones you to close the sale. Very effective, elegant and simple.
